Have you heard of Tara Stiles? She has a bunch of Yoga videos on You Tube and this one is one I do all the time. They are very short videos but helpful if you experience pain in any certain area of your body such as neck pain, wrist pain or even shin pain. It amazing what yoga can do for you, now I just have to be sure to do it :)

I constantly get shoulder pain and I LOVE yoga. Just haven't been doing it as often. I need to! This is a great post.
