Today I woke up not feeling very well at all and I have a long day ahead me. I'm trying to stay positive and not let this sickly feeling get the best of me. I find the more I dwell on the fact that I'm not feeling good the worse I seem to feel. That's why this quote seemed perfect for today. Not that I can think my illness away completely but I can make it bearable but not letting it consume me. That and lots of tea.
